Project Profile

This building is an old carriage home that is converted to a new restaurant. The building's facade was maintained to preserve it's historic status and maintaining the neighborhood feel. The challenge during construction was to keep pace with unforeseen conditions discovered from numerous prior alterations. Field modification of the design maximized the use of the existing conditions for preservation of the structure.
